Wednesday, July 21, 2004 ( 6:31 AM ) milli wahaha answering machine phrase of the century: what's the sound of one hand clapping? what's the weight of a single grain of sand? the answer is equal to the interest i have in the message u are about to leave so make it short. whoo~ i love that..taken from meg cabot's 'boy meets girl'. finished another book today!! so...i have finished...3 books in 5 days. wow. havent done the whole 'reading spree' in ages. hmm and today during recess was the announcing of the 20 mexco nominees. crappo. my name was e last name read out..i thought i was safe!! ahha..stayed back for some interview crap, turned out there wasnt enuf time so practically wasted an entire recess. i dont think i even want to be in the mexco. blah. oh yea happy today..mr shi actually said my exam pieces were not bad!! ahha..im deffo hoping to pass this year manx...cant stand thinking abt last year. failed really badly. it's my aural that's gonna pull me downnnnnnnnnnn argh. dammit. and the singing exam next week!!!!! oh why oh why did auntie aileen ask for july instead of august?? i feel so..unconfident. and some good and bad stuff concerning mep. hmm..for the harmony test got 56/75 which equates to abt 74.67% meaning i still have NOT GOTTEN AN A1 for mep these three years. if only i could get just that one more mark..which i should have gotten. Sunday, July 11, 2004 ( 3:26 AM ) milli mehh got lotsa thinking to do..abt some stuffs..and i think ive completely lost interest in physics. anw ive made a resolution: i will hand in every piece of hw punctually from now on. no wait..after week 3. heh. if not i'll never be the study-type i wanna be. and if i dont get down to studying regularly soon, i'll never achieve my goals. i cant believe ive actually set a 74.3% goal for meself this term. nvm im aiming for 70 still. ahhh track nats is coming!! how exciting. go st nicks! whoo~ yupp and today was supp to be choir games day but we got rained out. mehh..postponed to nxt week. ate lunch at swensens instead. then went to nicks hse for awhile. really nice!! anw..proud to say that ive been using this time to do my chinese file. just horrified that i cant find my any of my tingxie. whoops. gonna continue tonite..still got lots of undone stuff. yesterday night..went to watch the schola cantorum cantate domino belgian boys choir. they were DAMN GOOD:) ahha..really..i cant describe it in words it was just plain...shiok. yupp..and there was this really cute boy..bought a cd from him. yay..~ Friday, July 09, 2004 ( 11:25 PM ) milli dont know how many pple actually visit this blog..oh well..im officially obsessed and nuts about james franco. he's apparently a really good actor and earned a golden globe nomination for his portrayal of james dean. now i wanna see that movie. goodness knows where i can get it tho..argh. i wanna watch city by the sea too..have wanted to watch it since it came out like 2 years ago or sth..but now i have a renewed interest in it..he plays the son, accused of murder, of a police officer whose father was a murderer too..pretty intriguing. ~ ( 2:57 AM ) milli aaaah!! played footie for pe again todayy!!:) was so fun..i can actually kick ball..whahaha..and sorta aim properly. assisted yf's goal. ahha. but nxt week we're doing headers..ehh?? me dont want disgusting grass in me hair. woo~ just got back from the financial literacy workshop thingie..was pretty fun:) i actually understand stocks and shares..ahha..learnt that all thru a board game..managed to get $19150 at the end after starting out w/ $5000. but that's quite little compared to some geniuses. ahha..i got retrenched and couldnt collect my pay b4 that so i ended up pretty broke for awhile..bleah. nvm at least that was just a simulation. and im SO DEAD. i have a feeling sulaoshi is really gonna carry out this threat..aaahhh....he says if i dont hand in my chinese file by nxt mon he's gonna make me see the hod. eehhhhh goodness. i know it's my fault that im THE bigtime procrastinator*the due date was last friday* but still..tt's just unfair cos yesterday he gave me until the end of nxt week and today he says next MONDAY. how am i supposed to file in my tingxie and my tests when i CANT FIND THEM???? gahhh. just murder me will ya. and i've decided to keep a private 'weirddream' log..hopefully it gets all the weird stuff outta my system..ahha..yupp..tmr is the continuation of the workshop..looking forward to that:) and physics is an annoying subject. but i hate bio more so physics was e only option i could take..ahha..i wouldnt even take triplescience if i could cos i will never do bio. meh. anw, im still happy todayyy:) gonna bathe then go mama hse!! mandi's already there. hee~ Thursday, July 08, 2004 ( 3:05 AM ) milli meh..last few weeks my dreams have been really weird..cant stand it..from ms susan lim hugging me [aaaaaaaah gross] to a shootout happening in amk central. ehh??? and weirder ones..:( anw, today's trg was soooo slackish. did 5 x 200 skipping, then weights 2 sets of 15reps. cool down was 20min jog where we were all practically walking and talking. start of workout:3.20pm. end of workout: 4.40pm. whoo~ cos it was raining lahh..if not i'd have had to do 150m all out x4. which isnt that bad anw cos there's SIX MIN rest. wahaha..and vanessa and i finally realised that we didnt have to train actually cos we're not in nats..e other non sch team pple are DOING BANNER!! but we asked ms lim wad to do and she just said "ohhh go follow megan they all". ehh? today was really uneventful. so there. ( 6:40 AM ) milli typed: 6th july hmm today turned out pretty well actually despite the crappy start. whee~ then newsouthwales writing thingie was pretty fun..ahha...i've never written something so fast before..actually had a decent conclusion. i made james scott canadian!! haha..i wanted to have his climbing partner(i named him michael) be irish, but i decided oh what the hey..to hell with michael. he tragically succumbed to frostbite and perished after 3 days. heh. then got back chinese..i know 65.5/100 is not remarkable to all those geniuses out there..but im OVERJOYED :) haha..im actually not getting a c5..wowzers..then math..was doing the geog paper. finished it at long last..whoo. recess~witih mandi and bernice..talked abt upcoming abrsm exam...gahh...seem so unprepared. then geog..somehow turned out to be quite a lively lesson. duh what lesson isnt lively when u're chucked btwn michelle and huiren?? hmm?? indeed..math..was doing theory hmwk. i thereby conclude i know zilch abt a*math ex 6C. then chem..got 31/40!! at least i got my A back...gahh..the mole concept test brought everything down..actually this one too..seriously, coming into this year i never thought chem would get me As...bleah. then trg..waiting like eons just to run a pathetic 1km. granted it was 1 sec better than the timetrial, but still lousy anw. and i seriously cant do grade 7 aural. i CANT HEAR THE LOWER PART. and i CANT SIGHT SING. *weeps* *bangs head on table in frustration* oh well at least my practical is coming along ok..alritie so major dates coming up: july 12 [o'lvl cl oral] july 28 [abrsm singing grade 5] and [TRACK FINALS] and sometime in august or hopefully sept [abrsm guitar grade 7]. hmm and mep 2nd instru practical is either 20/21 sept. i hope i get 20th...i'll be damned to have an exam on my bday. i'd be utterly miserable. oh well..tt's all i guess..OH AND JAMES FRANCO/HARRY IS HOTCUTEHOTCUTEHOTCUTE. gah. i could watch both spiderman 1 and 2 again just for him. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek. ~melia
